Cheap cheap European airfare

Ryan Air.com -- someone was saying something about a flight from Rome to London for $15? The cheapest I'm finding right now is E39.99 ($48). I shall have to investigate this. I suspect this may be much cheaper than Eurail, however I do want to take Eurail through places whose countryside I've been wanting to see (i.e. Switzerland).
