Mo...za....mbique?

Ala this post by Fr. Jim Tucker, I think it would be cool to go to a Mozarbic Rite mass in Toledo, Spain.

I REALLY want to do the traditional pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostella. I'm not sure which pilgrimage, cause I could just go from Toledo, or I could go from France. I mean the full deal, where, like, you do a mile on your knees, and then you walk the rest of the way... I think a pilgrimage would be a pretty fabulous experience, and Sanitago de Compostella, besides being one of the top medieval pilgrimage sites, has always interested me on its own, too. Mmm Mozaraby, I am batty for your chanting and crazy for your kharjas.

Here at Notre Dame, the library has the new Mozarabic missal in Latin. It's huge, the kinda thing you'd want to have on a missal stand on one corner of your work desk to impress visitors. Quite lovely...leather cover with intricate gold decoration and...studs. It's studded! Gotta love that.
